Campaign Story

Hi! Our names are Tyler and Destany, we are the Cherry family! Tyler works two jobs one being at UPS, the other is a landscaping job which he has done since graduating college as a history major since 2015! I work in a small town family medical practice as a medical assistant. We both have amazing families and are blessed with so many niece and nephews, however there is nothing like having your own child. I have dreamt of being a mother for as long as I can remember! We are high school sweethearts who dated all through high school and then through college and decided to get married after 7 years! We have built an amazing life together along the way but the one thing missing is a child to love to the fullest. I have endometriosis, and PCOS which both of those two things make it extremely hard to conceive however I did many times and each time it ended with a heartbreaking miscarriage. I have undergone surgeries, we have done many rounds of IUI and each time my body just can not carry the pregnancy. So this leads us to where we are now which is determining that IVF via a gestational surrogate is our best option! We have an amazing support system so a family member will be carrying for us however as many of you know fertility treatments in general are outrageous and NO insurances cover the cost of these procedures! We are doing fundraisers, and raising money that way but anything at all you could provide would help us tremendously! There is nothing more in life that we want than to be the parents of an amazing bundle of joy one day!! ❤️
